Deedlit the elf maiden from Record of Lodoss War
This was one of the more confusing animes for me the first time I saw it. Not because of the plot or anything but more for the fact that the first episode of the series actually takes place somewhere in the middle of the series plotline. The SECOND episode was actually the beginning of the story. (This series is a must see for any fan of anime, fantasy, or RPGS)
While I can't recall the hair (I think it may have been Sailor Mars' hair from the Super Sailor pack adapted for Aiko 3), the background is entirely DazStudio's Environment pack. Deed is an outdoorsy gal and she insisted on posing in the forest. Who was I to say no?

Had checked the anime series from a local library, but had trouble getting into it as the hand drawn animation is so dated, and it was trying too much to be a D&D party.
