Episode Summary
The USS Jeanne D'Arc has been ordered to cut off a supply line between pirates and their co-horts in the Neutral Zone. When a Romulan ship is discovered to be running in that space lane, the mission changes - capture that ship at all cost. Though the Arc could easily destroy the ship, capturing it intact will prove to be an infinitely more difficult task.

Made the more difficult by the Cloaking Device, and no doubt, greater maneuverability of the Romulan ship.
