Fractions of Factions

Not every member of the Hero Association is as powerful as Terrible Tornado or Saitama.  They don't all have the options of Genos or King's "Game Face."  Some are just there as members of the team.  Teams like the Tank Tops and the Blizzard Bunch.  And memebers like Tank Top Girl and Lily of the Three-Part Staff.

TTG hasn't had much to do.  In fact, all I know about her is that she doesn't hang out with the rest of rest of the Tank Tops because she thinks they're weird.

Lily, on the other hand, seems to be the closest thing Blizzard has to a sidekick.
